The workflow process can be renamed. You can do this by following the procedure below:

Step 1

Go to Settings

Step 2

Choose Workflows

Step 3

Edit the Workflow you want to add a premade email template on.

Step 4

From the Edit Workflow Popup you will see a list of processes.  

Each process can be edited by clickin on the edit button 

Step 5

Rename a process in the workflow by click the Edit Icon in the right hand side.

 Then save the changes with the new name.
